Your Mission: Lose Weight

You better because everybody wants to lose weight but an incredibly small percentage of people who are "in the know" can not just lose weight... but gain muscle and get ripped at the same time.

1. Nutrition
It is not just want you eat, but how much you eat. I have this theory and I am surprised it is not some best selling book on Amazon.
If you reduce or stop the eating out then you will cut down your waist big time!
Portion control is one thing that is killing the six packs across the world. After portion control it really comes to processed foods. Yes, I am one of those people that eat clean.
2. Exercise
STOP RUNNING... get your butt off the treadmill and put it over on the weight lifting side of the gym. Yeah, that scary place in the corner with all the cold iron.
That is where you are going to get results. That is where you are going to look good.
It takes a special workout to really lose weight. You can't just go into the gym and expect to lose weight going down a list of exercises.
There is a method behind results and we can teach you just the thing to do to get those results.

Your Mission: Gain Muscle
[name], you are one of the few that have the most enviable problem. You can't seem to gain weight and build muscle. Yet for you it is not enviable... it is a pain.
I can feel exactly where you are coming from. I personally struggle with this problem myself... or I used to that is.
Gaining weight is not easy, especially if you want to avoid packing on the body fat. So how do you go about doing this successfully?
Fundamentally it is pretty easy.
You eat, and then you eat more, and then you eat some more.... Just messing. Nothing is that easy.
However, you do have to eat, but you need to know how much to eat because there is actually a good level that will allow you to keep the body fat from growing and make the muscle grow.
You have to calculate your BMR... or Basal Metabolic Rate. This is going to be the number of calories if you were to do nothing but lay on the floor for the entire day. You can now estimate that number of calories you burn through all of your activity.
Eat just below this number and with the proper diet, you will be packing on the muscle and keeping the fat off as best as possible... it is even quite possible that you will end up getting more muscle and more ripped!

Whatever is on your horizon, don't freak out because you can make an impact on your body before then.
Well... that is as long as you have at least one month. You will also be able to boost your confidence at the same time.

Something like wake up at 5 am and hit the sidewalks for that run. Then hit the Starbucks and get through the morning because at lunch you have to hit the gym... back to work... back to the gym...
OUCH this is making me frustrated and tired just typing it.
The real program is not even close to some crazy workout. The rules don't change because if begin your fitness program with the right long term goal then you are set up for fast results.

The results that you want will actually always come faster in the beginning and then progressively slow down.
